Mentorship Programme

Boldfutures

This is where bold futures begin.

Bold Futures pairs ambitious young Black women with senior professionals who've walked the path before them. Over six months, mentees work one-to-one with a mentor across banking & finance, law, professional services or tech, at firms including Goldman Sachs, Freshfields, LGT Wealth Management and Linklaters.

Applications for the January 2027 cohort are open now and reviewed on a rolling basis.

Launch night

An honest conversation to start the year.

Our 2026 cohort launched this September with 14 mentees and mentors. We opened the programme with our keynote speaker and panel on navigating a corporate career as a Black woman. Thank you to all five for being so open with the room.

This year's mentors

Four industries. One cohort.

Mentors in the 2026 cohort span our four core industries.

For mentees

Someone who has walked the path.

Together, mentees and mentors work on clarity about career goals, confidence and professional presence, and an inside view of the industries mentees want to enter.
